 He was the son of Robert Francis Lamping and Louella Fanny Pakiser
Death*12 November 1969 Edward died 12 November 1969 at age 23. 
Burial*November 1969 His body was interred in November 1969 at Ft. Logan National Cemetery. 
Biography* 
Edward Lee Lamping was a member of the DeMolay becoming Master Councilor on April 13, 1963. Ed was awarded the first "Hats Off Award" in the Centennial Chapter Order of DeMolay on having received 68 medals in 3 1/2 years and on April 28, 1966, he was awarded the "Chevaliar Degree" which is the highest honor a DeMolay boy can recieve. On February 22, 1972 in Denver, CO, the Centennial Chapter of the Order of DeMolay celebrated Patriot's Day. The Chaper, adorned in ceremonial robes and carrying the chapter's honor plaque in Fort Logan National Cemetery, placed wreaths on the grave of Edward Lee Lamping. The event was recorded in the Rocky Mountain News. Ed was a former Vietnam Vet and was killed in a car crash after he had returned home to the U.S.
