Starting october 2006, changes on my website will also be announced using rss. RSS feeds Here you will find the RSS feeds of the GOLF website RSS is short for Really Simple Syndication. With RSS you can be informed about changes on the GOLF website. To view a change you need an RSS reader. With the RSS reader and the RSS feeds you can see directly whether new information is available on the GOLF site. What do you need? To begin with you need an RSS reader. There are several RSS readers. Some are free and for some you have to pay. A free RSS-reader is e.g. Rss Reader. You can download this programme at www.rssreader.com. Another free reader is SharpReader that can be found at www.sharpreader.net. After you downloaded and installed the programme you can add a new RSS feed using "File, New, New Feed" or alike. Enter the url of the RSS feed and click Next. Then enter the name for the feed. Click on finish. The Rss feed wil be added to your RSS reader If you don't wish to install a programme, then you can reed RSS also online, using e.g. Bloglines (free registration, English). RSS feeds are usually recognizable by the RSS/XMM logo: or like the BBC uses: / The latter is smaller and is used on this website for links.
