Biography* | Email: : 19 Dec 1996 07:37:45 -0500, Mary.Lamping@faa.dot.gov>: My maiden name is Hall. I was born in Omaha, Nebraska, in April 1959. My father's name is Robert Gordon Hall and my mother's name is Laura Elaine. Her maiden name was Brisso. Her family history was researched back to France (I think). Her paternal family name was Bresseau. After they settled in Nebraska and applied for land grants the government messed up the name and spelled it Brisso. Her maternal family names were Hunker and also Heine (not sure of spelling...sounds like hiney). Those, of course, are good German names! Supposedly the first Hunker (or Heine) that came over to the U.S. deserted from the German Army. That would have been back in the 1800's or late 1700's. I heard that was pretty common back in that time period. I'm sure that's not of any interest to you so I'll shut up about it. My husband, Gregory, and I don't have any children. |
